My experience with Swan Motor Company (Bristol) ltd was found to be very satisfying from start to finish. There was no sales pressure. I was left to view the car even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. I returned two days later to view the car and carry out a test drive, And to discuss a possible trade in. Professional, with careful after-sales
Overall very positive sales experience. SMC were able to answer all my additional questions on the car’s condition and history, and emailed video-clips to show from every angle. The car was carefully valeted, and was picked up in excellent condition. A couple of technical niggles became apparent in the first week or so, and SMC were keen to resolve in a no-quibbles way as part of their after-sales warranty protection. It was clear from our customer experience that SMC are very keen to maintain their strong reputation, and did everything necessary to put right in a respectful and professional manner. Superb car at a reasonable price now driving very well, with good customer satisfaction!
